Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities
The conference offers your company a great opportunity to showcase your brand, solutions, novelties and to keep in touch with a broad audience during both poster sessions and lunch breaks, but also before and after the conference programme.
Please register as an exhibitor or sponsor no later than 8 May 2022.
On-site participation opportunities:
- On-site participation for the whole conference, 1200 €
- Exhibition space* ca 2.5 m2, one table, two chairs, electricity, wifi
- Free registration for two company representatives, including lunch and access to lectures.
- Acknowledgement of your company’s sponsorship, with your logo and a link to your website will be prominently displayed on the official website as sponsors.
- Your company logo will be featured in the conference abstract book.
* includes only space and table/chairs, no other structures/furniture. The size of the exhibition table is 140×60 cm

- Sponsoring a coffee break; 750 €
- Your company name and logo will be presented on the coffee serving tables.
- In the conference programme, for the coffee break you choose your sponsorship will be specified.
- Acknowledgement of your company’s sponsorship, with your logo and a link to your website will be prominently displayed on the official website as sponsors.
- Your company logo will be featured in the conference abstract book.
- Company visibility; 500 €

VAT: Please note that the exhibition/sponsorship fees are invoiced by Aboa Congress and Event Services (VAT FI28050288) on behalf of the local organizer, the University of Turku (VAT FI02458963) whose scientific congresses are exempted from VAT.
Cancellation
Cancellation of exhibition registration must be made in writing (email) to info@aboaservices.fi no later than 8 May 2022. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
In the event that the conference is cancelled by the Organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Organiser shall be limited to that refund.
The organiser continuously monitors the COVID-19 situation. The conference will be arranged as a virtual conference if the pandemic situation so requires. If this is the case, the online conference programme will be modified to include exhibition and sponsorship sessions allowing your participation. The details of these sessions will be announced in the beginning of May.
